Refund and Exchange Policy
No Refunds or Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets, except in cases of event cancellation or significant date changes initiated by the theater. Please verify the performance date, time, and seating before completing your purchase.

In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be processed automatically to the original form of payment or credit issued for future events.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Premier Performance, LLC). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
